Arrival and departure times:On the day of arrival, the holiday home is available to you from 4:00 p.m. Verfügung.Am day of departure, we ask you to vacate the house by 12:00 p.m.

Reservation:Your reservation is binding as soon as we have confirmed your booking and paid the invoice at least 4 weeks in advance.

Cancellation:For cancellations up to 42 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50%. For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90%, after that 100%. We recommend that you take out (permanent) travel cancellation insurance.
