In the house there is an equipped Küche.Es there are two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200) and two single beds (70 x 200). The single beds can also be converted into a double bed of 140×200 cm.
There is a washing machine, dryer and wardrobe. There are plenty of bed linen as well as bath towels, kitchen towels and towels for the sauna. The use of linen (duvet covers, towels, sauna towels, etc.) is free of charge, we ask our guests to wash and dry them before departure.

The area is suitable for beautiful walks and bike rides. Bicycles can be rented from Bike Totaal Bloemendal (Rijssen or Holten), possibly delivered and picked up again; Bringing your own bikes is an option.
The Holterweide
The bungalow park “Die Holterweide” is located on the south side of the Holterberg and on the north side of the nature reserve “De Borkeld”, about 3 km from the center of Holten and 5 km from Rijssen.
The bungalows of “Die Holterweide” extend over the park, the holiday home “De Bonte Specht” has a private parking space.
Holten is the holiday destination with a lot of open nature, such as the Sallandse Heuvelrug with the Holterberg, heaths and wide forests. In De Bonte Woodpecker it is non-smoking, pets are allowed in advice.
